Alex Doyle leads Better Together with many years' experience within the NHS and private care homes behind her. Having had three grandparents live with dementia and a close family friend with physical disabilities, Alex's awareness and understanding of complex needs has heightened her desire to work within this field. Alex's degree in event management provides the perfect foundation to help organise the inner workings of the business, ensuring client satisfaction.

Our staff offer a discreet and expert companion and concierge service. With a wealth of experience behind them, our knowledgeable and dependable team can provide you, or a loved one, with any assistance that might be required. Our entire team has training in first aid, cooking, and other areas to help support normal living. Our employees are qualified for the position and have undergone DBS checks.

The majority of our clients are seniors who still have the capacity to live independently, though we also support younger adults affected by mental health and learning difficulties. Our clients, or their immediate families, use Better Together to support daily tasks and routines. Thanks to our discreet service, which enables us to go above and beyond those providing standard care, we are able to meet a diversity of needs. We often become friends with the client and their close family members. Feel free to think of us as your surrogate granddaughter, grandson, daughter, son, or a friend that you can lean on when you need someone to offload to.
