Our companionship and concierge services are ideal for when you need an extra pair of hands or someone to keep you company during the day. We support elderly individuals across the Worcestershire region, including in Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Evesham, Redditch, and the city of Worcester itself. We also cover the surrounding villages and can even help you or a loved one with accessing community facilities.

We are able to meet a variety of needs thanks to our discreet companionship service. Whether it’s just being there to enjoy a cuppa with or someone to stay with you while you wait for a medical appointment, we are here for you.
Our companions come from all walks of life and backgrounds, so you can be sure that you’ll have plenty to talk about with them!
We are not a care provider; we offer services that do not fall into the remit of full care support but which you may need a bit of extra help with. For example, you may need someone to take you to collect medication, but we are unable to actively give it ourselves.
Similarly, we can offer an arm for you to lean on while you get onto your feet, but are not able to assist with moving & handling. Think of us as a friend who can help you get out and about!
Our companionship support is ideal if you or someone you know has a specific hobby but would benefit from having someone to share it with, we’re here! We can arrange trips out to craft shops, art galleries, and local attractions, or simply have a session learning about your hobby with you.
We are also in the process of developing our own creative wellbeing groups, designed to bring people together in a supportive environment and express their creative side.
Our companions can help take you to a community meetup, class, or other social groups such as dementia cafes, and stay with you until you are ready to head for home. Whether it’s just having extra support while you try a group for the first time or a more regular event, we will be right there to help.
We collaborate closely with many community groups and charities, including the likes of Age UK, as well as independent organisers, and compile a monthly diary for events taking place across the Worcestershire and West Midlands regions.
Online shopping can sometimes be overwhelming and daunting, especially if you’re not that confident with technology. Our tech champions can educate you on using various e-commerce sites and show you how to carry out your weekly shop online, as well as giving you all the tips you need when it comes to being digitally-aware.
We can even give our input on which device to use and get you started with email and social media.
Filling in forms is rarely straightforward, and if you’re struggling to understand the latest documents for paying utilities, vehicle expenses, and receiving health benefits, having to complete them can feel like a never-ending task.
We can help you make sense of what you need to provide for various forms and feel back in control.
Pets are part of the family too! As many of our companions are pet owners themselves, we understand that having an extra pair of hands to help take care of pets can go a long way.
From taking the dog out for a daily walk or playtime with the cat, we are every bit as committed to looking after pets as we are our clients and are here to offer support in any way that we can.
If you’re the one looking after a friend or family member, we realise that it can be a huge responsibility to undertake. If you’re finding it difficult to manage supporting a loved one with other commitments such as childcare and work, let us help lighten the load.
Our companions can sit with your loved one while you focus on getting errands complete or for when you have to tend to family members. For students balancing care duties with university or college studies, we can keep your loved one company while you’re in a lecture or need time to focus on revising. We are here to help you both.
