Companionship support for younger adults

If you find it hard to talk to new people, we're here for you. Whether you want to go for a coffee or just chat at your home or wherever you feel most comfortable, our companions are great listeners and have plenty of their own stories to share, too!  

Your companion will be carefully matched to your needs and interests, so you can be sure that there will be plenty for you both to chat about!  

We know it can be hard to feel confident in yourself. Perhaps you want to try a new skill but don't know how to start or are apprehensive at the thought of meeting new people. Maybe you want to get out to more events or activities in your community, or take up volunteering.  

We can be right there by your side to help you take those first steps. We can even take part with you, so you have extra support! 

Our companions come from all walks of life and have a variety of hobbies and interests. If there's something you're particularly passionate about or interested in, they would love to learn about it! 

We have a diverse group here at Better Together, including animal lovers, a poet, an artist, a Reiki master, and much more!
